MBA in Finance from a nationally-recognized program.  5 Years relevant work
Experience.  Job qualifications to include prior experience with structured
corporate finance transactions, including M&A and leveraged buyouts with
senior and subordinated debt, mezzanine and equity components, restructurings, recapitalizations and familiarity with the US capital markets. Exposure to Employee Stock Ownership Plan (“ESOP”) transactions, understanding of ESOP-related tax matters & ERISA regulations required.
